This appears to be from the 2016 “Adorned Nudes” calendar shoot by Geraldine Gestiefeltzkatze. I won’t stake my reddit karma on it though. I can’t verify the models name though.

I seem to recall her being a part of a similar discussion in the past, and, sadly, I believe the end result was that she only seemed to have done just this one pic. Hopefully some internet sleuth can dig up more images of her. But, if you were to only have just one out there ... she freaking nailed it with this pic.
